and here we are, to the first post of this year. i've made a deal with one of my friend,becca (you could check her blog here), that we'll tell our best and worst moments in 2013. i find this idea pretty entertaining. instead of writing the usual review of resolution and make another one, this seems more exciting.
so, here we go..
worst moments of 2013 are:
a. lost my purses
yeah, i didn't lose my purse once, not twice, but thrice. three times, ladies and gentlemen. in a same year. don't you think it's a bit exaggerated?? and the worst of it? each of them is full of money :'(
b. get yelled by my teacher, senior and friend
these three people yell at me in the same event. the annoyance degree of each person is different, though. for example, i find it okay to be yelled by my teacher. i was at fault. although she did go a bit too much, but it was still okay. and second, by a senior of mine. it sucks. why? because she sucks. okay, telling about her, means i had to remember her, and it sucks. so let's just skip her ahead. and get yelled by a friend...hmm...of course...it wasn't...okay at all. it sucks to the maximum level. he yelled at me like he was above me, while in fact, well he was just another student. well of course he is 34 or something, but he is still a student. so it sucks. for more than 3 months, all i ever wanted was to punch him right in his face. eventually it didn't happen, though.
c. my friends got torn apart
they are best friends. and what sucks more? they are torn apart because of a boy. a filthy, son of a itch-bay boy. there were screaming, crying, yelling, accusing, hugging and many more. so dramatic. it sucks to see your friends got torn apart, but boy...did they have a real drama.
d. got electricity cut down for more than 2 weeks straight
that was horrible. i couldn't sleep at night, because it was too hot without the ac or fan. horrible.
best moments of 2013 are:
a. went to bali
it was amazing. i even said to myself to return to this island last year, but well, it didn't happen. i really want to go there, hopefully this year :D
b. experienced teaching real classes
though there were many times when those students became real pain in my ass, the few times where they became angels were making all pain worth. i might have no lust to be a teacher, but these experiences are something really dear to me. hope you folks get a wonderful year!
c. 21st birthday
i celebrated my birthday with augen members. did you know that my birthday is also the birthday of augen?? awesome, right?? we had a cake, we got candles, and we skyped with nisya, our beloved dancing machine who currently is in germany. that was awesome. and i celebrated it too with okti avola jelpy. it was also uber awesome.
d. went touring with church mates
that was awesome. i was with ajeng, my lifetime partner in crime. the most hilarious moment was when we were trying to see a fall. to see that fall, we had to ride a motorcycle. the road was broken badly, and sometimes it was too steep. every motorcycle could pass it, but i and ajeng had to get down from the motorcycle because it wasn't strong enough. we were laughing hysterically as we were walking the motorcycle up. but the trip was such a fun, and i'd like to have it again. after that moment, i promised that i'll learn to ride a motorcycle this year and when i already could ride it, ajeng would be the first person i give ride to.
actually there are a few more, but i got pretty sleepy now, so i'll just skip ahead. happy new year and wish you a better one. God bless us! (:
